The policy
Try it for 30 days. If it is not off your plate, email us and we will refund the month. No form, no reason needed.
This is a 30-day refund, not a 14-day trial. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. That is enough.
We aim to reply within 2 business days and to send refunds through Polar within a few days after that. The card statement can lag.
After 30 days
Cancel anytime from the billing email or by writing hello@. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not refund time already used, except when we miss a scheduled reminder. If CoverCurrent misses a scheduled reminder for a vendor whose email and expiry date were on the imported list, that month is free. See terms.
Chargebacks
Email us first. We would rather refund the month than fight a chargeback. Abuse of chargebacks after we already refunded may mean we close the account.
